Thermal transfer

The thermal transfer is to print the digital pattern on the transfer special paper through the printer with special transfer ink and then transfer the pattern to the surface of the product with high precision and high pressure with a special transfer machine to complete the printing of the product.

Thermal transfer printing is simple, it can not only be printed on the texture of tough crystal, stone, metal, glass, and other materials but also can be printed on soft leather, cloth, cotton, and other materials. The pattern is formed once, no coloring is required, the product loss is small, the added value is high, the process decoration is strong, the high hiding power, the adhesion is strong, the green printing standard is met, and there is no environmental pollution.


Digital printing

Digital printing is a new printing method that prints computer files directly on paper, which is different from the traditional printing process.

Its characteristics: one print, no plate making, stand and wait, instant error correction, variable printing, on-demand printing. Print output can be realized anytime, anywhere, remotely, without time and space constraints.


Screen printing

The modern screen printing technology uses a photosensitive material to make a screen printing plate by photolithography (so that the screen hole of the graphic portion on the screen printing plate is a through-hole, and the screen mesh hole of the non-image portion is blocked) Oil paintings, prints, posters, business cards, binding covers, merchandise packaging, merchandise signs, printing and dyeing textiles, planes such as glass and metal.

Generally, printing can only be carried out on a flat surface, and the screen printing can be printed not only on a flat surface but also on a specially shaped molded object such as a spherically curved surface, and the shaped object can be screen printed. The screen is soft and flexible and has strong ink coverage. It is suitable for various types of inks, has strong anti-rotation performance, flexible printing methods, convenient plate making, and strong adhesion.
